The Rector of the University of Tlemcen  Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad  held a meeting and communication with the syndical office of national federation of higher education and scientific research represented by its syndical branches , In presence of coordinator of syndical office of general union of Algerians workers , the meeting has been a new opportunity to discuss the preoccupations of university community and treatment procedure
